Tool Command Language

Tool Command Language
   Abbreviated Tcl, pronounced "[tickle]." Developed by John Ousterhout while at the University of California at Berkeley, Tcl is a general-purpose extensible scripting language supplied as a C library on Unix systems. Tcl is also available in versions for MS-DOS, Windows, and the Macintosh.
